1. About Solitude
Solitude is a social impact project operated by Solitude Verein, based in Zürich, Switzerland. Solitude offers self-guided 25-minute solo sessions at:

2. The experience
A Solitude session is 25 minutes of uninterrupted time alone. Solitude is a self-guided experience. There is no prescribed activity or expected outcome. Solitude is not therapy, medical treatment or crisis support and is not a substitute for professional care.
If you are experiencing acute emotional distress, are in crisis, or do not feel safe being alone, please do not use the space and seek appropriate professional support.
3. Three Pauses
Solitude is currently offered as Three Pauses: three 25-minute sessions for CHF 48. Sessions may be booked separately and are subject to availability.
The validity period shown when you purchase your Three Pauses applies to all unused sessions.
4. Booking and payment
Bookings are confirmed once the required booking and payment steps have been completed. All prices are shown in Swiss francs (CHF). You are responsible for providing accurate contact and booking information. A booking confirmation is sent electronically after a successful booking.
5. Rescheduling, cancellations and missed sessions
You may reschedule a session up to 24 hours before your appointment, subject to availability. Within 24 hours of the appointment, sessions cannot be cancelled or rescheduled.
Missed sessions are considered used and are non-refundable. Please arrive on time. Late arrival does not extend the session.
6. Using the room
Solitude is for one person at a time. Shoes must be removed before entering the room.
Phones and personal belongings stay on the shelf or hook inside the room, outside the cocoon. Objects and tools provided inside may be explored and used during your session.
Please leave the room as you found it and return any objects you use to their place before leaving.
Please do not enter or access staff-only areas, or handle any cables, computers, sound equipment or technical systems.
7. Changes by Solitude
Occasionally, Solitude may need to change opening hours, availability or a confirmed session.
If Solitude cancels a confirmed session, the session will be rescheduled or returned to your package.
8. Privacy
Personal information collected through bookings, payments and forms is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
9. Applicable law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Swiss law.
