Rescheduling
You may reschedule your session up to 24 hours before your appointment, subject to availability.
Within 24 hours of the appointment, sessions cannot be cancelled or rescheduled.
Missed sessions
Missed sessions are considered used and are non-refundable.
Late arrival does not extend the session.
Three Pauses
Three Pauses includes three 25-minute Solitude sessions for CHF 48.
Unused sessions must be used within the validity period shown at the time of purchase. Unused or expired sessions are not refundable.
If Solitude cancels
If we need to cancel a confirmed session, that session will be returned to your package or rescheduled at no additional cost.
Refunds
Payments for Three Pauses are generally non-refundable once purchased, except where required by law or where Solitude is unable to provide the booked service.
